Mascarpone, peach, pistachio and honey bagel

Ingredients
  • mascarpone
  • peach
  • pistachios
  • honey
LET’S MAKE IT!

Take two halves of Bimbo® Bagels and toast them.
Spread a tablespoon of mascarpone cheese on each bagel half.
Place peach slices on top of the mascarpone on one of the bagel halves.
Scatter chopped pistachios over the peach.
Drizzle honey to taste over the pistachios and peach.
Top with the other bagel half.
Optionally, you can warm the bagel in a pan or in the oven so the mascarpone melts slightly.
