1. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Divide 250 grams of ground beef into two balls.
3. Place one ball of beef in the hot skillet and flatten it with a spatula to form a thin disc. Repeat with the other ball of beef.
4. Cook the beef discs for a few minutes on each side, until well browned and cooked to your liking.
5. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each beef disc and let it melt.
6. Meanwhile, in a small skillet, cook an egg to your liking. You can fry it, scramble it, or cook it any way you prefer.
7. Lightly toast your Bimbo® Bagels.
8. Place a beef and cheese disc on the bottom half of each bagel slice.
9. Place the cooked egg on top of the cheese on one of the beef discs. 10. Top with the other half of the bagel.
11. Optionally, you can add other ingredients such as lettuce, red onion, pickles, or any other topping of your choice.
