Prepare the pulled pork by slowly cooking it in BBQ sauce until tender and easily shredded. This can take 2 to 3 hours, depending on the recipe and cut of pork used. Once the pulled pork is cooked, shred it with two forks for a shredded texture.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and sauté until golden brown and tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove the mushrooms from the skillet and set aside.
