Smoked salmon bagel with cream cheese, cucumber, and dill sauce

Ingredients
  • 2 Bimbo® Classic Bagels
  • 150g sliced ​​smoked salmon
  • 100g cream cheese
  • 1 cucumber
  • Lettuce leaves (optional)

For the dill sauce:

  • 4 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
LET’S MAKE IT!

1. Preparing the ingredients:
– Wash and thinly slice the cucumber.

– If you wish to add lettuce, wash and thoroughly dry it.

2. Preparing the dill sauce:
– In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, chopped fresh dill, and lemon juice.

– Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste. Set the dill sauce aside for later.

3. Assembling the sandwich:
