New York Bakery Co. was born from the dream of Broney Gadman, a New Yorker who wanted to share the true bagel experience of his city. He knew that not all bagels are created equal: those made with care cannot be compared to mass-produced ones.

Broney Gadman used to say, referring to that irresistible texture that only comes from dedication.
In the 1990s, Gadman brought this passion to the UK with a simple idea: create versatile bagels, perfect for any time of day. Over time, we’ve grown, traveled, and reached more tables—without losing what matters most: quality ingredients, careful preparation, and a deep respect for the craft of baking.
Today, we continue bringing the spirit of New York to homes across Europe, one bite at a time. From the Original to Sesame or Cinnamon & Raisin, every bagel is made to enjoy simple, authentic moments full of flavor.
